How long will it take for a package to arrive at a United States address?

Packages that are shipped through USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3 – 5 days to get delivered. Packages that are shipped through USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 – 3 days to get delivered.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Darksexytoys.com unfortunately would not take responsibility.

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a notification to the billing email address that you provided at checkout.
